CME Accreditation Statement

This activity has been planned and implemented in accordance with the accreditation requirements and policies of the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME) through the joint providership of The Aesthetic Society and the Facial and Rhinoplasty Symposium.

The Aesthetic Society is accredited by the ACCME to provide continuing medical education for physicians. The Aesthetic Society designates this live activity for a maximum of 29 AMA PRA Category 1 Credits™. Physicians should claim only the credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity.


Designation Statement

The American Society for Aesthetic Plastic Surgery (The Aesthetic Society) designates this live activity for a maximum of 29 AMA PRA Category 1 Credits™. Physicians should claim only credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity. The general session education is designated for 19 credits, of which 8 are Patient Safety CME. An additional 10 credits are designated for the optional cadaver labs. Earn up to 29 CME credits by participating in a CME-designated activity in every time slot.

  1. Define and analyze advanced concepts in aesthetic surgery of the face, nose, and neck to achieve optimal outcomes
  2. Recognize the importance of all aspects of facial surgical rejuvenation including eyes, nose, and lips
  3. Manage surgical and non-surgical complications with an emphasis on patient safety
  4. Demonstrate, via cadaver prosections, facial rejuvenation techniques with anatomical visualization
